1. Cancellation Policy
Cheruthodath Apartments operates under a Flexible Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled check-in time.
- No Refund: If you cancel your booking less than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled check-in time, or if you do not show up for your booking (no-show), no refund will be issued.
- Early Departure: No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights once the check-in has occurred.
2. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel your booking, please contact us directly using one of the following methods:
- Email: Send an email to info@cheruthodathapartments.site with your booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
- Phone/WhatsApp: Call or send a WhatsApp message to +91 9895962522 with your booking reference number.
Cancellations will be effective from the date and time we receive your cancellation request. We recommend cancelling via email for a clear record.
3. Refund Processing
- Eligibility: Refunds are only processed for cancellations that meet the criteria outlined in Section 1 ("Cancellation Policy").
- Refund Method: All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking.
- Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. This timeframe may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Currency: Refunds for international payments will be processed in Indian Rupees (₹). The actual amount received in your local currency may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank processing fees at the time of the refund. We are not responsible for any differences caused by currency exchange rates or bank charges.
4. Force Majeure
Cheruthodath Apartments shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government regulations, epidemics, or pandemics. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy may still apply, but we will assess situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions where feasible.
5. Changes by Cheruthodath Apartments
In the rare event that Cheruthodath Apartments needs to cancel or significantly modify your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative accommodation of similar standard, or a full refund of the amount paid.
